I take iodine every single day as a healthful supplement, but not at this high of a dosage. Yet, right after the meltdown scare and ongoing threat from The Japanese nuclear facility, I'm not taking probabilities when it is so affordable just to have this on hand!
I have worked for and around our government way also lengthy to trust them I do not want to come off as a paranoid crazy, but I will not rely on the government to maintain my son secure when the time comes.
Be prepared, that is all.
I in no way took these capsules and I hope by no means have to. I never even opened it. I will trust the manufacturer on faith that these are what they claim to be. Cost is decent and has couple of years of expiration date. I bought this in readiness for 2012 so I guess I'm covered!
