I bought this for the reason that I have Hashimoto's Thrombosis...Thyroid Illness, and I'd read about this product being of enable...if it does I do not notice something and I've been taking for a month. I'll give it a handful of months attempt, but I suppose it is like vitamins...do they Actually do any really good if you happen to be consuming correct anyway? Hmmmmm
